AdNerve

Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms govern your use of AdNerve at adnerve.org and the @Adnerve_bot Telegram bot (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What AdNerve is

AdNerve is an ad-performance monitoring tool: it unifies advertising spend and performance with your own business outcomes and data-health signals, and delivers summaries and alerts. The Service is currently in an early-access phase — features marked as queued, requested or "in line" are not yet active for your workspace.

2. Read-only by design

AdNerve observes and reports. It does not create, edit, pause or otherwise change campaigns, budgets or bids in any connected advertising account, and nothing you send to the Telegram bot can do so.

3. Your account

4. Your data

Data you connect or import remains yours. You grant AdNerve permission to process it solely to provide the Service to you. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it is handled.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service, access other users' workspaces, or use the Service for unlawful advertising activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability and warranty

During early access the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and without an uptime commitment. Metrics and alerts are informational — they are not financial, legal or business advice, and advertising decisions you take remain your responsibility.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdNerve's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero during free early access).

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard or via the bot; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
